Shawn Partridge is a hands-on, VP-level engineering leader based in Hermosa Beach / Los Angeles, CA. He leads distributed engineering organizations across web, mobile, AI, and data systems — and, unlike most leaders at his level, still personally writes the hard parts: Python data pipelines, RAG layers, GraphQL services, and multi-agent systems. Currently VP of Software Engineering at Litehouse, where he architected and leads a $5.5M Data & AI platform. Prior: Director of Engineering at Equinox ($80MM+ D2C), CTO at Henri Home (proptech SaaS), Director of Technology at SocialWhirled, and 11 years at Bank of America (M&A integration, ~15M mortgage loans converted). Core stack: TypeScript, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, Next.js, Three.js, GraphQL, and Firebase, with deep focus on AI engineering, multi-agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.
